LEGO Maniacs have a full slate of video game releases coming this year including a surprising LEGO set announcement decided by fans. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The LEGO Group have set LEGO Jurassic World, LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin plus  LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham. The LEGO Movie Videogame iOS versions are available now.

LEGO Jurassic World starts a new game series ahead of the upcoming film of the same name (June 12, 2015). This game will combine the storylines of Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, and Jurassic World. Available in June on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows PC.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will combine the storylines Marvel’s The Avengers and the much-anticipated sequel Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron (opening May 1). Available in fall 2015 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Wii U, 3DS, and Windows PC.

LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin will feature an untold story of the LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu TV show and releases on March 24, 2015 exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS handheld system and PlayStation Vita.

LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham offers adventures of the Caped Crusader/Dark Knight on mobile devices similar to the current console best-seller LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham where players fight against the villainous Brainiac. Other characters include members of the Justice League and the Legion of Doom. This mobile game will be available this summer.

The LEGO Group will release Doctor Who set this year (no specific release date set at this time). See the details below:

The concept for a “Doctor Who” set came from the LEGO IDEAS website where fans can submit ideas for a set and vote for their favorite idea to be produced.

Submitted by fan Andrew Clark, the set received the 10,000 votes requisite for The LEGO Group to consider it for production, the set featured a range of Doctors, companions and monsters from across the show’s history. A licensing agreement between BBC Worldwide and The LEGO Group will see the new set available in all of The LEGO Group’s key markets before the end of the year.

Production on series 9 of “Doctor Who” is currently underway and will premiere this fall.

So is that enough excitement for LEGO Maniacs? What else do you want to see?
