There are over 20 Apple Watch docks on the market, and all of them have their own place in the World, but Fuse Chicken’s Bobine Watch for the Apple Watch dock does it in a style that you won’t find with others.

If you’re in the market for a Apple Watch dock that is flexible and you can place in different positions because you want it to sit a bit higher, or just want something original in contrast to the typical, boring “hey it sits on a plank” docks on the market, look no further than the Bobine Watch from Fuse Chicken.

Packaging for the Bobine Watch.

What you get from the Bobine is a essentially a metal stand that can be staged however you see fit. While many people will hate the fact that the cable is exposed and not “tucked away”, I personally enjoy the fact that it isn’t, that way if I do need to take my cable with me on a trip, I can gently adjust my Bobine and throw it in my bag, cable and stand included. Can’t do that with the wooden docks on the market.

With Apple saying they would soon be giving third party companies the ability to use their Apple Watch patented chargers, I’m sure there’s a model on the horizon with it’s own cable attached, which I personally cannot wait for.

Apple Watch without it being connected via loop.

In the meanwhile, the Bobine is about two feet long in length when stretched flat, with a white cap at the base of it to cover the end of the metal encasing. The other end is obviously where the magic happens as there’s a white round piece that you sit your round charging cable in.

Since the Bobine can be placed in multiple positions, you can sit the dock to show your Apple watch to stand up vertically or horizontally, which is ideal when the 2.0 version of WatchOS drops later in September.

With a lifetime warranty, and a price tag of $24.95, the stainless steel dock comes from a company that I am growing very fond off, having already reviewed their Fuse Chicken Lightning Cable for keychains.

The only issue I did have is one night I went and attached my Apple Watch to the Bobine, and I don’t know if I didn’t have it attached all the way or not, however I woke up with 47% battery life, meaning it did not charge overnight. I ended up having to bring my charger with me to work that day, but that evening I learned to adjust it so I can be certain that the watch was indeed charging. Why? Because it’s adjustable, which is something that’s VERY much appreciated.

Fuse Chicken Bobine Products Are The Best. (Sitting With the Dock- review coming soon)

This is perfect for offices, as well as if you know you’ll be traveling and want to keep the elegance of an Apple Watch stand without having to lay your watch on a nightstand.

Added Bonus: Love the attention to detail with the B.Y.O.C. (Bring Your Own Cable) disclaimer. Enjoy the little things.

What I Like: The ergonomic design is beautiful and the non-fraying stainless steel frame is top notch.
What Needs Improvement: Maybe a bit more secure of a seal for the Apple Charging disc itself so you can be sure it’s charging.
