ASUS Announces ASUS Pro B9440 at CES

ASUS has announced the world’s lightest 14 inch business notebook. Coming in at only 2.31lbs, the B9440 will be available in May 2017 and will retail for $999. Not only is the notebook light, but it also takes up no more of a footprint than most 13 inch notebooks.

The B9440 comes with an all metal chassis made from magnesium alloy and is designed to exceed military-grade durability standards. It features the latest Intel Core I7 and I7 U-Series CPUs with optional vPro Support. The ASUS Pro B9440 provides great performance with style while being rugged. The spill-resistant keyboard features a specially designed tilted hinge mechanism that automatically positions the keyboard for comfortable typing when opened. The notebook includes two USB-C ports for high speed connections with one port also supporting power delivery and docking connections.
