Having home internet and/or a smartphone is no longer a luxury. Unfortunately, they’re basically utilities that can command up to luxury prices. Comcast is looking to make the Internet more equitable with a new suite of Xfinity NOW services to keep you connected at home and on the go.
NOW Internet will feature 100Mbps for $30 or 200Mbps for $45 monthly. Both plans offer unlimited data and an Xfinity gateway.
100-200Mbps may not be the fastest, but it is more than sufficient for emails, streaming, and everyday web browsing.
Need smartphone coverage? NOW Mobile is a prepaid 5G service that offers unlimited talk, text, and Internet for $25/line. You also get seamless access to 23 million Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
You should check Xfinity Mobile’s maps to make sure the coverage will work for you. This is likely a “bring your own device” situation, but it’s hard to argue with that price!
If you’re a cord cutter, NOW TV offers 40+ networks, dozens of integrated Free Ad Supported Television (FAST) options, and Peacock for $20 a month.
And finally, there’s Now WiFi Pass, which will give you unlimited access to over 23 million Xfinity WiFi hotspots for $20 for 30 days.
Having these options a la carte, with fixed and affordable pricing, is a helpful way to put together the services you need without breaking the bank!
