I love lighting, especially outside our home. Just as the holidays approached, we installed a 100′ strand of 100′ eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22, which have made all the difference. Not only can we program daily lighting for ambiance around the house, but holidays are also extra fun without all the fuss. These lights will stay up year-round and make our house look great every night.

The eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22 are DIY-installed lights for your home that are great to use every day of the year. The 100′ kit has everything you need to install the lights and improve your house’s look while making it festive for celebrating holidays and special days.

Installation only took an hour or so and was relatively easy. Once I found the starting point and decided how to run the wires for power, I measured each light, cleaned the area off, and stuck them up. Once all of the lights were installed, I came back and added a screw to each light, ensuring they were permanent.

The eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22’s triple-LED lights include 16 million colors and adjustable saturation. They are IP65 weatherproof and UV-resistant ratings and will last for years under any conditions. Each light has a sticky backing and a place for a single screw to hold them where you want them.

Using the provided ruler, I carefully stretched, measured, and installed each light 3″ from the wall. That measurement can be adjusted for different effects. I took my time to ensure exact measurements and that each light was stretched completely since these are permanent. Give yourself an hour or so, take your time, and the results will be worth it.

Once the lights are installed, you’ll install the eufy Life app, sign up, and follow the instructions to add a device. The eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22 will connect your phone via WiFi and Bluetooth. Using the app, you can now personalize the lighting with endless possibilities.

The app allows users to turn the lights on or off, personalize the look and colors, and set schedules to set it and forget it. My lights have a daily ambient setting, and I preset different effects for all days through the holidays.

Many holidays have preset lighting effects ready to go, but users can also create and edit their own using the app. An AI feature will even turn any simple idea into a lighting effect for you on the fly. The house on the app will show the current setting, blinking, and other effects. With the app, the settings are truly endless. I even created a school color light setting that I turn on remotely when we win a game.

We now have lighting every night and gladly change it up on holidays and special occasions. Throughout the Christmas season, we have several different light shows scheduled and rotating, and our neighbors came over and asked how we had different lights every night.
