Acer Unveils AI-Powered Laptops and Desktops for 2025: Swift Go AI, Aspire AI, and More

Acer has always made excellent PCs and laptops, and they’re jumping headfirst into the AI world with new Copilot+ offerings. Whether you’re looking for a laptop, an all-in-one PC, or a smart and simple tower, Acer has something in their latest crop of devices just for you.

The Acer Swift Go AI and the Aspire 14 AI are more than just Copilot+ PCs. They’ll feature an integrated AcerSense key that launches the AcerSense app with central access to the extra AI features. There’s Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 to bring clear audio with suppressed background noise to video calls and PurifiedView 2.0, so you look better in calls thanks to eye gaze correction, lighting adjustment, and better background blur.

Acer Swift Go AI Laptops

Swift Go 16 AI and 14 AI offer the full package. They’re attractive, with an anodized aluminum chassis and dual arrow patterns on top. Available in 14″ and 16″ screen sizes, they’re designed to be thin and light, weighing around 3.3 pounds.

They’ll also take full advantage of the enhanced options from being part of the Copilot+ PC range; if you’re confused by the Copilot vs Copilot+ nomenclature, PC Mag helpfully lays it out here.

Under the hood, they’re running AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processors. You can opt for the Ryzen AI 7 350 with a whopping 8 cores or a Ryzen AI 340 with 6 cores. Both sport up to 50 TOPS NPU, so you’ll have plenty of power for any of your AI needs, and your graphics will be covered with AMD Radeon 800M graphics.

Screen-wise, you can opt for an OLED display in either 2K or 3K or a 2K IPS with integrated multi-touch. All configurations will come with a 1440p QHD IR camera with DTS X: Ultra Audio and a 3-microphone array, so you’ll look and sound amazing on all your video calls. The Swift laptops will also feature User Sensing 2.0, which will lock the laptop when it can’t sense the user’s face.

Whether streaming the new Squid Game, editing your holiday photos, or browsing Reddit obsessively, Acer’s Swift Go laptops will make it smooth and fast. They’ll also keep chugging along-Swift Go 16 AI will provide up to 18hr of video playback while Swift Go 14 AI can provide up 24.9 hours. The Swift Go 16 AI will start at $949.99 in April, while the Swift Go 14 AI will ship in May and start at $899.99.

The Swift line also has a non-enhanced AI release, the Swift Go 14 and 16. These will be offered with Microsoft Copilot (not Copilot+) and run on up to Intel Core Ultra 285H series processors and Intel Arc Graphics. Like their Copilot+ counterparts, the Go 16 will ship in April, starting at $949.99, while the Go 14 hits in May, starting at $899.99.

Acer Aspire 14 AI  Laptop

The Acer Aspire 14 AI is designed for all-day work, literally. Acer says the new Aspire can provide up to 22 hours of video playback—that’s like half of Stranger Things season 4! In all seriousness, video playback is a time-honored torture test for battery life. So, for everyday work, the Aspire will be in your corner long after you’re ready to clock out.

The excellent battery life of the Acer Aspire 14 AI isn’t the only thing that will keep you going no matter where you are. It also includes Acer Assist, an AI search that works even without an internet connection, allowing you to quickly track down files and keep working even if the Wi-Fi is out.

The Acer Aspire 14 AI is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors and an integrated NPU for speedy AI responses. There’s also a 180-degree hinge so you can lay the laptop completely flat. You also can pick from a 14″ 16:10 OLED or a WUXA touch-enabled screen. No matter your choice, there’s a narrow bezel to give you as much screen real estate as possible.

For more power, you can include up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory, plus there are two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and HDMI that can handle up to an 8K monitor. And just to finally sweeten the deal, the chassis is made from post-consumer recycled material, the charger is made from 50% recycled material, and the box is 100% recyclable.

The Acer Aspire 14 AI will ship in February starting at $799.99.

Acer Aspire Vero 16

If your focus is less on AI and more on your carbon footprint, the Vero is the laptop for you. First, it has a carbon offset pledge based on its calculated lifespan. Second, the chassis contains 70% post-consumer recycled materials and bio-based oyster shell material, making the product more eco-friendly.

The keycaps and power adapter are also made of 50% PCR material. Finally, they designed it to be easy to repair, extending its lifespan and reducing the amount of waste in landfills.

You’re not giving up anything to go eco-friendly either, with up to Intel Core Ultra 255H processors, up to 2TB of storage, up to 32GB of memory, and up to 10.5 hours of battery life. All that, along with a 16-inch screen and a high-resolution QHD webcam, means you can work hard and feel good about your carbon footprint.

Look for it this April (buy one for Earth Day!), starting at $799.99.

Desktops and AIOs (All-in-Ones)

Acer is putting some serious AI power into their desktops as well as their laptops. Aspire S AI AIO, Aspire C AI AIO, and the Revo Box AI desktops will all come with Acer Intelligence Space.

It’s a centralized hub enabling the AI to adjust the hardware and optimize your experience. Like a processor-based butler, it will recognize when you need more power for gaming and even more to keep two Google Docs tabs open at once. There’s also Acer Creator Space if you want to generate AI-based images and entertain your friends.

The Acer Aspire S AI AIOs will be available in multiple models. The S24 AI sports a 23.8″ full HD display, while the S27 AI has a 27″ screen with both full HD and QHD options. Both will also have optional touch panels, which is extra handy because they offer a flexible design that allows you to adjust the screen angle from -3 to 25 degrees.

They run on up to Intel Core Ultra processors, integrated Intel Arc graphics, and up to 48 NPU TOPS for powerful AI. A 2MP RGB-IR camera means Windows Hello will recognize you easily, and there’s also a handy shutter for privacy. There are plenty of ports, from HDMI 2.0 to two USB-A and two USB-C ports. Two 3-watt speakers that support DTS audio will make everything sound great.

Then there’s the Acer Aspire C24 AI AIO and Aspire C27 AI AIO. They’ll sport either 23.8″ or 27″ screen sizes and up to QHD resolutions. Between up to AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors with an NPU of up to 50 TOPS, up to 64GB of DDR5 memory, and up to 1TB SSD, these AIOs are ready for everything!

There’s also a 5MP camera with a privacy shutter, a DisplayPort, and USB-C and HDMI ports. Similarly to the S series, the C series has a screen tilt of -5 degrees to 20 degrees, so you can adjust it to precisely the angle that makes you most productive.

Finally, if you’re not much of an AIO fan, there’s the Acer Revo Box AI. It’s small but powerful, clocking in at only .75L and weighing just 2.2 Pounds. Meanwhile, under the hood, it’s powered by up to Intel Core Ultra processors, Intel Arc graphics, and up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory.
