AT&T is reportedly slated to increase their device upgrade costs from $18 to $36 this coming Sunday, February 12. Over the last week or so we have seen evidence that Windows Phone sales might be picking up … and in no small part thanks to Nokia! Sales of the Lumia 800 and 710 were reported at ~1.3 million for 2011 in spite of only having the phones for part of the fourth quarter.
