X-Doria Dash Folio One for iPhone 6 Plus Review

Over the next few days we will be looking at a few different offerings from X-Doria that are designed to help protect the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. First up is the X-Doria Dash Folio One for the iPhone 6 Plus. At just under $30 it’s a surprisingly nice folio case, and it even doubles as a viewing stand!I’ve been pleasantly surprised with both the design and functionality of X-Doria’s cases and this folio extends the trend.

The company describes the X-Doria Dash Folio One this way:

A wallet, stand and case in one. A soft, leather-like cover protects the front of the iPhone. While inside, the iPhone fits into a slim, polycarbonate shell for a secure fit and added protection. Open the cover and use the Dash Folio One to position the iPhone in multiple angles for easy viewing and gaming. Card slots on the inside provide storage for credit cards or a license.

I like the slim design, the degree of protection it offers and the built-in stand that makes hands-free use simple and always available.

Add in the fact that it has a slot for a license and/or a credit card and you have a perfect way to leverage the new Apple Pay functionality built into Cupertino’s new phones.

I especially like the fact that the card area is recessed into the case so it won’t press too much on the screen when the cover is closed.
