When I first got my iPhone4, I chose a set of screen protectors for it that I was familiar with from using on my 3GS. One issue I had with both was how difficult it was to install totally bubble-free. Another issue is the glare and that sometimes my finger would not glide smoothly across the screen.
Moshi has come to my rescue. Their new iVisor AG for the iPhone4 is a knockout.
When I first received an email from the company handling PR for them I scoffed. Bubble-free, yeah right.
First, I love the company name. Moshi. Don’t know why, I just do.
Second, and the important point to be made here: This thing WORKS.
I absolutely love it. Really.
I may gush a little over some of the new vehicles I test drive, but I think this is the first time I have had strong feelings for a product (that does not have a little Apple on it).
The iVisor AG was a breeze to install. No squeegee, no wetpad, no fuss. Peel the back, line it up and pop it on. Give it a little finger massage around the edges and that’s it.
Your finger glides gracefully over the screen and there is no harsh glare. Moshi says it can be washed and reapplied repeatedly. Sweet, although your competitors make a lot of money because their products need replaced often. Kinda like Willie Wonka not making much money selling Everlasting Gobstoppers.
I highly recommend the Moshi iVisor AG for the iPhone4 and I see on their website at www.moshimonde.com they also make iVisor antiglare protectors for iPads and laptops. So far it appears that most of their products are made for Apple devices but also in their “C.A.R.E.” package to me was their Teraglove microfiber cleaning kit that is going right into my Pelican camera case for immediate field use to keep all of my optics clean and without any harmful chemicals. All that is required is a little spritz from the supplied water bottle onto the Teraglove and “Wax On, Wax Off.”
The Moshi iVisor AG for iPhone 4 is available directly from the manufacturer, AT&T retail stores and Best Buy
MSRP: $19.95 (and worth every penny).
What I Like: Works wonderfully (and I love saying “Moshi”).
What Needs Improvement: The only thing I could say is the product is Apple-only right now.
