Get Ready for some Holiday Meals Courtesy of Gourmia

Gourmia is famous for their kitchen accessories and we have actually covered a few including their Multi Cooker, GSV140 Sous Vide, and various others. The company sent us their GMS100 Electric Mandolin Slicer and GGL9910 Gas Lighter to review so if you’re looking for a great gift for the holiday season, then you should continue reading.

If you’re a huge fan of Sous Vide, but hate having to still put your meats into a cast iron pan to brown, you should certainly check out Gourmia’s GGL9910 Gas Lighter. Essentially a multipurpose kitchen torch, the Butane lighter is built to allow you to sear your meats to perfection, or if you are a fan of Creme Brûlée you can even give your favorite treat that extra glaze. You’ll have to purchase your own Butane fuel separately, but luckily the GGL9910 lighter works with many of the brand names of fuel from Amazon, unlike others that I’ve tried on the market.

One thing I was concerned about with the Gas Lighter is flame control. If you are concerned about storage of the lighter using, you’ll be happy to know that Gourmet has included a nozzle that has both a soft and jet mode that requires you to press the trigger and safety lock in order to operate. This will make you feel so much better storing the GGL9910 Gas Lighter in a cabinet or drawer. Available for only $39.99, the Gourmet GGL9910 Gas Lighter can be purchased directly from here.

Next is Gourmia’s Electric Mandolin Slicer, which I love!
