CES 2022 may not have been the CES we were all hoping for, but it still brought much news. Often lost in the “big” announcements is the work of accessory companies who make our devices even better. Scosche had lots of new products to share, including two new Scosche MagicMount solutions for car use and power solutions for every situation.

The key to the Scosche MagicMount Pro Charge5 is the powerful Neodymium magnets within the mount head. Strategically placed and surprisingly strong for their size, these magnets are strong enough to hold even the weighty iPhone 13 Pro Max securely with up to 15W charging. The 360º head adjusts so you can view your phone in portrait or landscape.

Android devices can also be securely by using the included Scosche MagicPlate, which enables “a quick and easy “snap” attachment between the phone and the mount for and fast and efficient wireless charging.”

As a bonus, each MagicMount Pro Charge5 mount ships with a car adapter that not only powers the mount but also has a bonus 20W USB-C charging port so you can connect and charge a second device simultaneously.

The Scosche MagicMount Pro Charge5 will be available in four mounting options: Window/Dash, Dash/Vent, Window/Dash Telescoping, and Cup Holder. Arriving this spring, they will sell for $64.99

Scosche PowerVolt 30W Power Delivery AC-DC Travel Charger

We’ll start with the Scosche PowerVolt 30W Power Delivery AC-DC Travel Charger since it was a 2022 CES Innovation Award Winner. The PowerVolt 30W Power Delivery AC-DC Travel Charger is your “go everywhere” travel charger.

It can plug into your vehicle’s 12V DC outlet for power on the go, and it can plug into a standard US 110 AC wall outlet. Gone are the days when you need separate chargers for home/office and car!

And the PowerVolt 30W Power Delivery AC-DC Travel Charger is as powerful as it is flexible, supplying up to 30W of USB-C Power Delivery. That means no matter where you are, you can quickly and safely charge your phone, tablet, laptop, camera, portable gaming system, and more.

The PowerVolt 30W Power Delivery AC-DC Travel Charger will be just $44.95 when it arrives later this spring.

The new Scosche 4-Port Power Delivery Hub is a great way to charge multiple devices without the bird’s nest of tangled cables. It offers a total of 72W of power divided between four charging ports and can automatically adapt to the power demands of each device.

Three USB C ports combine to create a 60W USB-C Power Delivery charging section with the 60W shared between the three ports. Thus, up to 60W of power will be delivered when one device is plugged in. If two devices are connected, each can access up to 30W of power. And, of course, if three devices are connected, each can access up to 20W of power.

And while USB-C is finally approaching ubiquity, we all still have some cables that require a legacy USB-A port. That’s what the final 12W USB-A charging port is for.

The hub will be available in black or white and features a StickGrip base to hold it in place on a flat surface.

The Scosche 4-Port Power Delivery Hub will be available this spring for $79.99.

The battery ships with an 11.8” USB Type-C to USB Type-C charging cable that works with the dual-purpose USB Type-C input/output port to recharge the battery when it is empty; all you will need to provide is the AC adapter.

LEDs on the top of the battery let you keep an eye on how much power is left. The Scosche GoBat 10K will sell for $54.99 when it ships later this spring.
