AUKEY MagFusion DeskHive 5X Pro Puts 200W Power and 5-Device Charging on Your Desk With Retractable USB-C Cables and Qi2 25W Wireless

AUKEY is rolling into CES 2026 with a new desktop charging station called the MagFusion DeskHive 5X Pro, and it is aimed squarely at anyone whose desk has turned into a small museum of devices. The pitch is simple: one compact hub that can power up to five things at once, including a magnet-style wireless pad for your phone, plus enough wired wattage to handle a laptop that gets cranky when it is underfed.

The DeskHive 5X Pro is a 5-in-1 charging station that mixes four wired outputs with one wireless charging pad. On the wired side, you get one USB-A port, one fixed USB-C port, and two built-in retractable USB-C cables that pull out when you need them and tuck back in when you do not. Each retractable cable is about 29.5″ long, which is enough to reach a phone you have absentmindedly shoved behind your keyboard or a tablet propped up next to your monitor.

The wireless pad uses Qi2.2, which is the newer version of the Qi wireless charging standard from the Wireless Power Consortium (that is, the group that sets the rules for wireless charging). In plain terms, Qi2.2 is designed to improve wireless charging speed and consistency, and in this case, AUKEY says it can deliver up to 25W of wireless charging power. If you have accessories that use older Qi charging, like many earbud cases, it should still work because Qi 2.2 is backward-compatible.

On the wired side, AUKEY is leaning hard into USB Power Delivery, the common fast-charging language over USB-C. The DeskHive’s USB-C1 port supports PD 3.1 and can push up to 140W, which is the kind of number that is meant for laptops that normally ship with big power bricks. The station’s total output is rated at up to 200W, so the idea is that you can run a laptop, a phone, and a couple of extras without playing “which charger do I unplug first?”

Of course, power numbers only matter if the desk does not look like a spaghetti incident. That is where the built-in cable system and the small footprint come in. The DeskHive 5X Pro measures 3.76″ x 3.76″ x 3.07″, so it is closer to a chunky coffee mug than a traditional power strip. AUKEY also includes a digital display that shows real-time power output for each wired port and the total output, which is a subtle way of saying, “Yes, it is charging, stop glaring at it.”

The Little Details That Make Desk Life Less Annoying

The wireless charging pad doubles as an adjustable phone stand with a 0 to 65° range, so your phone can sit upright for notifications or tilt back for video calls. AUKEY says the magnetic hold is 10N, which is basically a measure of how strongly it grips, and it is meant to keep your phone from slowly sliding off like it has places to be. The hinge is an aluminum alloy with a vacuum-coated finish and is rated for 10,000 adjustment cycles, which is reassuring if you are the type who fidgets with angles between meetings.

There is also touch control for the display. The screen turns off automatically after 60 seconds to reduce glare, especially at night, and a quick tap wakes it up again for another 60 seconds. It is a small thing, but it is the kind of small thing you notice when your desk sits in the same room as your bed.

Inside, AUKEY uses GaN (gallium nitride) technology. Instead of getting into chemistry, the practical takeaway is that GaN chargers can often deliver higher power with less wasted heat than older designs, helping keep the station compact while still delivering up to 200W total. AUKEY also lists the expected safety protections, including short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, and over-charging protection, which is what you want to hear when a single box is handling your daily charging routine.

For the numbers crowd, the DeskHive supports a wide range of common fast-charging “dialects,” including PD 3.0 and PD 3.1 for USB-C and Quick Charge for some USB-A gear. The input is designed for 100 to 240V at 50/60Hz, meaning it can handle travel voltage ranges with the right plug adapter.

If your daily routine includes a laptop, a phone, and at least one other device that demands attention, the AUKEY MagFusion DeskHive 5X Pro makes a strong case for cleaning up the chaos without sacrificing speed. Would a compact 5-device charger like this actually make your desk calmer, or would it just permit you to add a sixth device?

The AUKEY MagFusion DeskHive 5X Pro is expected in the second quarter of 2026 for $149.99.

The Rest of AUKEY’s MagFusion CES 2026 Lineup

AUKEY is also using CES to show off a broader MagFusion charging ecosystem, and some of it is genuinely unusual.

The Aukey MagFusion Ark is being highlighted as a CES Innovation Awards 2026 Honoree and is built around a modular “base plus detachable spheres” concept. The base can charge devices, and the spheres can detach and act like portable power banks. Each sphere includes both wireless receiving and wireless transmitting hardware.

In normal-person terms, that means a sphere can recharge wirelessly when docked, then turn around and wirelessly charge your phone when you pick it up and wander off to the couch. AUKEY says each sphere has a 6700mAh battery, active cooling with a fan to help manage heat, and safety features like foreign-object detection that stop charging if something like a key gets between the charger and your device.

It is expected in the second quarter of 2026, and AUKEY is planning different base configurations, with spheres also sold separately.

The AUKEY MagFusion Z Plus is the travel-friendly option, and it is already available for $109.99. A foldable 3-in-1 charger designed for an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods-style earbuds case, AUKEY says it is Qi2.2 certified for up to 25W phone charging and includes an Apple Watch charger that is MFW certified, meaning “Made for Watch,” which is Apple’s compatibility certification.

That matters because uncertified watch chargers can be slower and can be less consistent over time. The Z Plus folds down to 17.5mm thick and weighs 8.47oz, and it comes with a pouch so it does not end up floating loose in your bag like a spare button.

The AUKEY MagFusion Reel 10000 is for anyone who wants a power bank that is not a brick and does not demand yet another cable. It has a 10,000mAh lithium-polymer battery rated at 39.1Wh, includes a built-in retractable USB-C cable about 11.82″ long that has been tested for 10,000 retractions, and supports up to 25W wireless charging through Qi2.2.

For wired charging, AUKEY says it can deliver up to 35W via the cable or the USB-C port. It can charge up to three devices at once using the wireless pad, the retractable cable, and the USB-C port, and it has a side display for battery and charging status.

The AUKEY MagFusion Reel 10000 is expected in the second quarter of 2026 for $89.99.
