This year’s CES may have been completely virtual and quite different from what we are used to, but it still served as an excellent introduction to the new tech that we can all look forward to in the coming year as we carry on with pandemic life. After going through the avalanche of the products that were introduced at CES, we have culled out the ones that we found most innovative and intriguing. Everyone loves pinball; there’s something exciting about it. Pinball takes skill, but there’s also the unpredictability of the physics of a tiny ball pinging around. Even when you think you’ve got the game figured out, you’re caught off-guard by a random movement. Stranger Things moves with the same chaotic energy as a Stern pinball game, so they make a good mix! Stern Pinball thinks so at least, and they’re rolling out a very exciting Stranger Things themed pinball game. There’s some exciting tech added in here with projectors that make gameplay more dynamic and interactive, and of course, a battle…
For all you pinball wizards, Stern Pinball has a third game for you to enjoy in their Black Knight series called Black Knight: Sword of Rage. The game is offered in three different models of Pro, Premium and a Limited Edition which has only a 600 production run globally.
The first Ford Mustang-themed pinball game was introduced in 1964 and this week, honoring 50 years of the Pony car, Stern Pinball debuts three new Mustang-themed pinball games at the Chicago Auto Show. The new games will pay homage to such icons as Boss 302, Boss 351, Boss 429, the original 1965 Mustang and the upcoming all-new 2015 Pony car.
