Snaztech Epic for iPhone 3G Review

A few weeks ago I wrote a Diary Entry about a new company selling cases for the iPhone 3G and iPod Touch.  Unltd. Case has added another case line to their online catalogue.

The Snaztech Epic case, named after Unltd Case’s founder, YouTube reviewer thatsnazzyiphoneguy, is a simplistic back cover for the iPhone 3G but it has unique feature.

No matter the color, and the Epic comes in 13 different color varieties, the back of the case looks exactly like the back of the iPhone 3G, including the Apple logo.

Do you like the idea of Colorware but shy away from it because of the hefty price tag or because it voids your warranty?  Now you can have that red iPhone 3g without worry.

I’m not going to sugar coat things here.  This case is a little cheap feeling.  But the price reflects that.

It’s an Asian import and it offers virtually no impact protection and no protection for the chrome of the iPhone.  It’s all plastic with no other barriers protecting the device.

But those things aside, the case is a super fun way to customize the look of your iPhone without adding bulk and maintaining the appearance of your phone 100%.  Just understand, this case is more about style and less about protection.

Each case comes with a decent quality screen protector and a microfiber cloth.

The cases sell for $12.99 each or 3 for $34.99 and shipping is free anywhere in the U.S.  International shipping is only $4.

With 13 colors to choose from it’s hard picking just one.

I ordered my cases on a Thursday and had them on Saturday.  You can’t ask for service any better than that.

If you’re looking for a case that doesn’t add much bulk and you don’t require much protection check out the Snaztech Epic case from Unltd. Case.  It’s a fun way to customize your phone without loosing that Apple logo on the back.
