The Dell UltraSharp 38 Curved Monitor Will Give You Display Envy

It’s not often that a monitor really piques my interest, but the Dell UltraSharp 38 Curved Monitor has done just that. The company’s first 37.5 ultrawide curved screen monitor will be perfect for anyone who needs a lot of screen room while using multiple windows.

The 37.5″ panoramic WQHD screen is huge, and Dell says that with it, you’ll see “outstanding visual display and vibrant, consistent color.” The monitor uses a single Type-C connection to transmit power, audio, and video between your laptop and the monitor, and there are two 9W speakers built-in for sound.

Think about what you could do with a monitor this big … You could immerse yourself in some crazy game; on a more practical note, you could easily view multiple applications side by side or “work on multiple tasks simultaneously with Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture features.” You could set two of them up side-to-side, and manage your displays across the full length of your desktop. Yes, please!

I need this monitor set-up in my life. 😉

The Dell UltraSharp 38 Curved Monitor (U3818DW) will cost $1499, and it will be available June 23 on the Dell site.
