UAG iPhone 6/6S Case: Pretty in Pink

When I was a freshman in college, I got my first iPhone as a Christmas present. After having an old-school BlackBerry through high school, the iPhone 5 was a whole new world. Now I’m about to graduate from college, and I have an iPhone 6. That experience is still the same, but one thing that has changed is how we safeguard those devices.

Urban Armor Gear is another company that makes and sells protection cases for the iPhone. One of their newer products is the Valkyrie Case for iPhone 6/6S, a case that has the rugged look of an OtterBox without the bulk.

One of the big things I have noticed when using cases is the difficulty level in removing the case from the phone. Some cases come off with only a little pressure, others take more than ten minutes and can leave you with a sore hand. The Valkyrie case, despite its rough-and-tumble appearance, is still easy to remove. This is due to the outside edges of the case being made in rubber, while the interior is impact resistant and is graded on military drop standards.

The buttons covering the volume up/down and on/off switches are great as well, as they make everything easy access while using the case. The light weight feel of the case itself gives you no second thoughts about shoving your phone in your back pocket, and the design will lend itself to comment when out and about.

The UAG Valkyrie Case for iPhone 6/6S is my favorite of the cases I’ve had so far. You won’t have to worry about drops with this case, as it’s designed as a custom-made bulletproof vest for your phone. The Valkyrie comes in a variety of colors, but I will say that I’ve grown fond of the pink one that I have.
