ZTE Announced today that their Axon 7 Mini Smartphone will be receiving the Android 7.1.1 update that many expected it to get after only receiving a preview of Android’s Nougat 7.1.1 earlier this year.

Android 7.1.1’s update will not only give you updated emojis and an awesome way to use multiple languages simultaneously. The ability to text in two languages isn’t the only way to do two things at once as with Android N you can switch between apps, on top of running them side-by-side. Talk about multitasking! And if you have T-Mobile, the Axon & Mini will now give you their Wi-Fi calling support that allows you to talk and text without using your allotted data.

Axon’s 7 Mini will be easy to update to, you just have to make sure that you have over 30% of battery life (or just plug in your phone to an outlet). Go to Settings, click System Update, and from there, your phone will download the update and restart on its own.

What are you waiting for? Get yourself this update today! For more information head over to ZTE’s blog directly.
