Lenovo Legion 9i
The new Lenovo Legion 9i is coming in strong with the upgraded LA3-P AI chip. This is more than just a fancy-sounding chipset; it’s designed to give gaming scenario detection that lets the CPU and GPU increase performance based on what you’re running, as well as smart FPS and lighting audio sync so your RGB lights will sync with the music in your game.
In addition, under the hood, it’s running up to the newest Intel CoreTM Gen i9-14900HX CPU and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTXTM 4090 GPU. It also has a 16″ 3.2Kk PureSight display, up to 64GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of storage.
The keyboard is a Lenovo TrueStrike with per-key RGB, so you can customize your keyboard experience to exactly your aesthetic.
The Lenovo Legion 9i comes in at a relatively svelte 5.5 pounds and will have a forged carbon top lid.
Brace your wallet, as the Legion 9i’s portable power will start at $4,399 this January.
Lenovo Legion 7i and 5i
Meanwhile, if you’re looking for a computer that can handle everything from schoolwork to gaming, Legion has you there, too. The Lenovo Legion 7i and 5i will come with up to the latest Intel Core i9 14900HX processors, while Legion Slim 5 will rock up to AMD RyzenTM 8040 Series processors.
They all come with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics with AI that will bring everything from gaming to Excel spreadsheets to the next level.
These new Legions will come with up to 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, but the 7i will sport the new Microsoft “copilot” key for easier access to AI.
Legion 7i and 5i will also come with new thermal controls in the form of Coldfront:Hyper, which will better optimize the cooling system to make for a more comfortable gaming experience.
The Lenovo Legion 7i is expected in March starting at $2,099, Legion 5i this April starting at $1,399, and Legion Slim 5 should also hit in April starting at $1,499.
Lenovo Legion Pro
If you’re looking to take gaming to the ultimate level while staying portable, there’s the Legion Pro laptop series. The Lenovo Legion Pro 7i and Legion Pro 5i Gen 9 will feature up to Intel Core 14th Gen i9-14900HX processors, 32GB RAM, and up to 2TB of storage.
The Lenovo Legion Pro 7i will also feature a Coldfront: Vapor chamber for improved thermals, though the thermal controls on the Pro 5i will be up to handling a lot of power too. These Pro laptops will have four swappable keycaps on the TrueStrike keyboard, with per-key RGB lighting on the Pro 7i and optional 4-zone RGB on the Pro 5i. Legion Pro 7i will also feature the new copilot AI key.
Look for the Legion Pro 7i this March, starting at $2,699; the Legion Pro 5i will be available in January starting at $1,499.
Lenovo Legion Tower 7i and 5i
Don’t worry; Lenovo didn’t forget tower fans. The Lenovo Legion Tower 7i has up to Intel Core i9 14900K processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX desktop GPUs, up to 64GB of RAM, and up to 6TB of storage.
Meanwhile, the Lenovo Legion Tower 5i is no slouch with up to 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900F processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of SSD storage. Your desk becomes a lot more powerful with a Legion Tower underneath it!
Legion Tower 7i and 5i are coming in April, starting at $2,699 and $1,249 respectively.
Lenovo Legion LOQ
Lenovo knows some gamers will spend anything for their gaming rigs, but they also know everyone has to start somewhere. Legion LOQ series is designed to be an entry into the gaming PC world, giving new gamers a chance to build their skills without killing their wallets.
The LOQ series will offer both Intel and AMD Ryzen processors as well as as NVIDIA and Intel Arc graphics options.
Hypberchamber thermals keep things from getting too toasty, and all the laptops in the LOQ lineup will offer 4-zone RGB keyboards with 1.5mm key travel.
The new Lenovo Legion LOQ Tower 17IRR9 will support up to a 13th Gen Intel core i7-14700 processor, as well as support for a 1TB SSD and 2 HDD storage options.
The Legion LOQ Tower 17IRR9 will be available in April starting at $899.
Meanwhile, the Legion LOQ 15IRX9 laptop (starting at $799), LOQ 15IAX9I laptop (starting at $749), and LOQ 15IAX9 laptop (starting at $749) will all be available in April.
Lenovo Legion Keyboards and Mice
And of course, any Legion you choose needs to be accessorized, and Lenovo will be offering the new Legion M10 Wireless RGB mouse and Legion K510 Pro Mini keyboard to further pump up your gaming style.
Look for the mouse starting in March for $49.99, while the new keyboard hits in June for $69.99.
