Having Apple’s latest MacBook Pro is a gift and a curse. While I love the touch bar, enjoy the aesthetics, one thing I dread is the fact seems to be trying to force USB-C on us before it’s widely accepted everywhere. Not everyone has “USB-C everything”.
If you have a new 2016 MacBook Pro with (or without) Touch Bar and are looking for a protective case to protect that new investment of yours, look no further than Incase’s Dots MacBook Pro Hardshell Case.
If you have problems with your shoulders and are always asking your spouse for a massage, chances are the Naipo Shoulder Massager with Shiatsu Kneading Pillow might be a product that should be in your shopping cart. Naipo sent over their Shoulder Massager for me to check out, and if there’s one gadget in my home that’s getting plenty of use other than my Amazon Fire Stick, it’s the Naipo Shoulder Massager. Arriving in a simple brown box, the Naipo Shoulder massager with Shiatsu Kneading is essentially my new “Groupon Massage in-a-box”, and now instead of paying $25 for a…

When’s the last time you had to participate in a conference call? If that’s not something you do regularly, then you might think that there’s no reason for you to be interested in a review of the Jabra Speak 710 … but you’d be wrong.

The idea of a pedometer type device built into your shoes isn’t a new one-Nike used to build little slots for the iPod/Nike+ sensor into their running shoes. Altra, however, has taken that to a whole new level with the Altra IQ, using Bluetooth sensors in the heels to measure your speed, footstrike, distance, and cadence!
If you’d asked me several years ago if I’d be recommending a BlackBerry phone in 2017, I probably would have laughed and said no. For years, BlackBerry has seemed one step away from death taking the physical QWERTY keyboard along with it. No one could be more surprised than me that I like and enjoy using the new BlackBerry KEYone.
Two years ago, I gave the V2 Pro vaporizer a try; today, I’ve got the new V2 Pro Series 3X Vaporizer in hand, and it’s an interesting upgrade. Designed for e-liquid but adaptable for loose leaf and wax, the Series 3X adds variable voltage and temperature settings for your vaping pleasure.
I stopped using a desktop computer a few years ago and went all-in with laptops and tablets. Still, there are times when a large desktop with a plentiful screen is better suited to productivity. Thanks to my 2016 MacBook Pro and the AOC Q2781PQ 27″ Quad HD Ultra Slim Frameless IPS Monitor I have just that. I’m a happy geek.
I’ll start this post by stating a simple, known fact: I am not a runner. I’m more of a jogger or a fast walker, but once I’ve started I’ll at least keep going — even if my speed isn’t going to win any medals. The Vi AI Personal Trainer aims to help me become a better and more consistent runner.
The tagline for the Solo Rival Backpack should be “There’s a place for everything,” because that’s exactly how I felt when I took it on a trip recently. Though plain on the outside, the inside of this bag offers a slew of organizational features waiting to be utilized by the tech-enthusiast traveler. At $79.99, the Solo Rival offers serious value.
I love Waterfield products and am always positively inclined toward them from the start. After using the Waterfield Syde for MacBook Pro for the past weeks, I’m happy to say that the company that makes some of my favorite bags has continued to do just that. The Syde is a fantastic bag for those who are looking to travel light.

The BeMe D200 are yet another contender for best lightning earbuds. Although they cost a seemingly pricey $169.99, thanks to their excellent sound, straightforward app and effective onboard active noise cancellation, they are worth serious consideration if you want to up your game from the dismal lightning EarPods Apple includes with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
This is a joint review of the LG G6 done with my writing partner of many years, Julie Strietelmeier of The Gadgeteer. To read part one, please click here; after you’ve read that, come back to read this part.

Urban Armor Gear is known in the accessories world for their awesome products for devices from Samsung, Google, and even Apple. This is no different with their UAG Plasma case for the iPhone 7 Plus.
It seems as if USB-C is going to be the wave of the future, with rumors of the next iPhone integrating it and with Apple’s most recent MacBook pro sporting nothing but USB type C ports. In an effort to future-proof themselves, ChoeTech has begun releasing USB Type-C products and allowed us to check a few out. The First is the ChoeTech USB-C Charger, which is a 3 port charger sporting two 2.4a USB port outlets and a single USB type C Port. This has been my daily driver at work when I need to charge up the three devices…
