Now that I’m fully embracing adulthood by having my own place, the one thing that I overlooked after mounting TVs, buying a bigger bed was how I would get work done when I’m at home. After looking at Ikea and various other places for a desktop setup, I settled on Fully’s Jarvis Standing Desk, and I couldn’t be happier.
With pools opening up this week, and just in time for Memorial Day weekend, chances are you’re going to want a protective case on your iPhone while you’re Ocean or poolside. If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out the Catalyst waterproof case for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus here are a few reasons why you should.
WARNING: The products discussed may contain or use nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical; in many cities and a few states, you must be 21 to purchase vaping products and/or products containing nicotine. Please familiarize yourself with and obey the law in your location. It’s a personal choice whether you’d rather vape from a pen-style vaporizer or a sub-ohm style, but if you prefer a smoother vaping experience with more intense flavor and bigger vapor clouds, using a sub-ohm vape may be right for you. If that piques your interest, then you should check out the HAUS Craft Collection Sub-Ohm Vape…
As a fan of good Kentucky Bourbon, one thing that I’ve always wanted to try out is a breathalyzer, so when I had the opportunity to test the AlcoMate Revo Personal Digital Breathalyzer test, I made it a mission to stay in on a Saturday and test out my new favorite gadget.
His name is Damon Wood, but he goes by Long Haired Boy or LHB for short. He’s the owner and mad scientist behind Long Haired Boy Fine Electric Skateboards, a company that designs and handcrafts the most badass electric skateboards. Starting at around $1,800, LHB will build you a completely custom electric skateboard to your specifications.
A couple of months ago I reviewed CharjenPro’s USB-C 5-in-1 hub for the MacBook Pro. It was an absolutely great accessory for the 2016 Macbook Pro that gives you a lot of the functionality that Apple stripped away when they went all USB-C for their latest Macbook.
Some time ago, I wrote about the V-MODA Forza Metallo Wireless Headphones. With this new offering, V-MODA cut the cord without compromising on sound or battery life. This “Neckband Headphone” design gives you wireless, handsfree music on the go while delivering V-MODA’s amazing sound. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love these headphones.
There’s something to be said about good carry-on luggage. You don’t want it to be overly bulky, however, you want to fit all of the essentials you possibly can and avoid paying to check a bag at every opportunity. EBags is one of the company’s that you can trust; they not only make carry-on luggage that meet airline requirements but are a great addition to your travel.
One thing you can never have enough of is outlet space in your home or office, and for that, you can buy a power strip, or even better, a surge protector power strip. If you look on Amazon, you’ll see that there are tons of surge protector power strips available, but none are quite like the OneAdaptr STACK Modular Surge Protector series.
The Huawei Mate line of smartphones has been a highlight in their portfolio, showcasing both their design and technical prowess with large displays, big batteries, and relatively compact dimensions. The Huawei Mate 9 further refines the formula, offering a new level of hardware and software quality from the brand.

Nicotine is an addictive chemical; in many cities and a few states, you must be 21 to purchase vaping products and/or products containing nicotine. Please familiarize yourself with and obey the law in your location. Several years ago, I reviewed the DaVinci Ascent Vaporizer. I found it to be extremely well made and easy to operate. The DaVinci IQ Precision Vaporizer is their newest offering; it’s all that the Ascent was and more. Sleek, easy to operate, solidly made, and now it can be controlled by a connected app.

If so, then the Monster Superstar Ravebox Portable Speaker is ready to play. I have to make an effort to drink water all day long. In the absence of some incentive, I tend to just forget, and then wonder why I feel like crap or am incredibly thirsty suddenly. I’ve tried flavor packets, sliced up lemons, and other things to make water more interesting, but they never seem to stick.
It might be easy to dismiss an organization system that keeps track of things you’ve stored as something someone with too much “stuff” would want, something someone who needs to explore the minimalistic lifestyle would need. But you don’t have to be a budding hoarder for the Bluelounge Quick Peek to help you keep track of “what’s in the box.”
If you love great audio, be it music that moves you or movie audio that draws you into the experience playing out on the screen, you will want to check out the Aftermaster Pro. This is an unusual device that doesn’t fit easily into a specific category so let’s take a look at the range of functions it offers.
If you’ve got a tablet or phone that uses USB Type-C, then you’ll be glad to know that the myCharge HubPlus C is out and ready to charge your new LG, Samsung, Huawei, BlackBerry, Pixel, or other devices that take Type-C. But if you have an older device, too, it’s okay; the HubPlus C has both Type-C and microUSB built-in.
Solo is a popular backpack company that’s bags are made to stand the test of time, all while being functional for whatever you use it for being traveling to work, school, or even going out of town. Here at Gear Diary, we’ve reviewed hundreds of various headphones from many companies, but one constant thing I’m asked about is the ones that I use currently, where exactly do I sit them when they aren’t in use? The answer is Elago’s H Stand.
Last year, I stumbled upon the Hybrx PC from Azpen Innovation. It’s similar to the Jide Ultratablet I reviewed, but it’s more like a laptop; the price was only $89, so I put money down on what would turn out to be the first product and last Kickstarter product I will ever support, due to the lack of support.
Are you tired of smearing your phone or tablet screen with finger grease every time you tap on it? Do you usually have a ballpoint pen on you? If so, why not combine something you already always carry with something you’ll also enjoy using? Take a look at the Just Mobile AluPen Twist L or S; the ballpoint pen stylus.
Marshall sent us over their most recent product, their ergonomic over-ear Monitor Bluetooth headphones, a wireless take on their Marshall headphone line to check out. The company is known for giving users a top-of-the-line audio experience, but now that they’ve cut the cord, will the audio still be the same?
