“These cost how much?” Raina asked. “Just listen to them,” I urged. Raina put on the headphones and played some of her favorite tunes.“ It didn’t take long for her to become a fan of Focal’s Elear Open-Back Headphones. But at $1000 a pair, she’s not sure they would be a wise purchase.

When I last left off, I had brewed my first batch of homebrew with the PicoBrew Pico S. I waited a little bit longer than after the fermentation had stopped to rack and keg it because I wanted to be sure I’d given it enough time, and because Kev said it wouldn’t hurt anything to wait; he was right.
One of the things I like about my 2015 Macbook Pro is that unlike newer MacBooks, it has the magnetic charger that used to differentiate Apple laptops from all others. If my cable gets bumped or pulled, it breaks free from my laptop — rather than crashing everything to the floor. SynCharge promises to give Type-C MacBooks back that feature.

“Hey, nice watch!”, I heard yet again today. That watch happens to be the Misfit Phase, a connected combination watch and fitness tracker that can count steps, distance, calories, and light as well as restful sleep. With the Misfit app on your iOS or Android device, you can easily keep track of how you are doing.
I have often found myself guilty of being “penny-wise and pound-foolish,” that is, in order to save a buck here and there, I’ve put something much more expensive at risk. An example of this has been the way that I secure my road bike when I park it outdoors either at home or downtown when I’m running an errand.
When looking for items to put on my new desk, one thing I knew I would need was a dock for my MacBook. Rather than just having it sitting by itself, I wanted it to have an elegant look to it, so I immediately turned to Grovemade.
This is the first of a series of reviews of Distil Union wallets. All feature thoughtful design and are all well-crafted. This being the first review I thought I would begin with the smallest of the review samples I was sent- the Wally Micro. This is the smallest wallet I have ever used, and I’m amazed how much it holds.
Colorware is a popular company known for coating consumer products such as Bose, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and even Apple products. The company sent over their special full-body Matte black Colorware skin for the 2016 15-inch MacBook Pro and it’s made a traditionally Space Grey laptop look even better.
The best thing about the Nintendo Switch, in my mind, is its portability and versatility. You can play it on the couch with your HDTV or you can play it on the bus or on a plane. Snakebyte’s Nintendo Switch accessories help you keep your Switch safe while you’re on the go; their line of Switch accessories starts at $9.99.
If you are one of the growing people who does a good bit of your work with people who aren’t in the same space as you, you owe it to yourself to check out the Logitech ConferenceCam Connect conferencing system. I call it a “system” because, while the Logitech Connect is portable, it’s amazingly flexible and serves a variety of needs.
If you’ve got a shiny new iPhone 7, then you’ve probably already noticed that the cables that come from Apple simply don’t hold up; whether they are fraying at the connectors or they’re getting weird kinks in them, their design is… not great. If you’re ready to upgrade, take a look at the Just Mobile AluCable Flat with Lightning Connector.
WARNING: The products discussed may contain or use nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical; in many cities and a few states, you must be 21 to purchase vaping products or products containing nicotine. Please familiarize yourself with and obey the law in your location. If the idea of quitting the cancer sticks and moving to vaping appeals to you, then you might find yourself a bit overwhelmed by all of the options available. If you want to jump right in with a non-intimidating kit that works right out of the box, then you might want to take a look at…
After doing a lot of reviews on products, some of those products get stored in a bin to be used in case of emergency, and some others? Not so much. I tend to find myself using still other products on a day-to-day basis, and I wanted to highlight a few of them.
If your phone screen is too small for reading and your tablet is too large for convenient use on the go, then the 8.4″ Huawei MediaPad M3 may be just right. Available in either a 32GB or 64GB model; with its sleek style, Kirin 950 processor, 5100mAh battery, and Harman Kardon sound, it’s the best sub-$300 tablet available.
One thing about commuting with a backpack to work daily, or traveling, in general, is overall comfort. There are plenty of bags on the market that promise you the ability to carry multiple items but at the expense of feeling as though you have textbooks weighing down your shoulders. That’s not the case with the eBags Professional Slim Junior Backpack.
When’s the last time you purchased a printer? Were you as surprised as I was by how inexpensive they’ve become? Here’s the thing, though: the printers themselves are inexpensive, but when purchasing ink cartridges, you’ll learn that great deal wasn’t so great. That’s why I’m so intrigued by the Epson Expression ET-3600 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer.
If you’re a fan of backpacks, but tend to travel, or even walk around in public but worry about your personal belongings, there is a bag that can completely eliminate the thought of someone possibly standing behind you, grabbing your belongings. That bag is called the RiutBag R15 by Riut.
There’s an enormous debate in the running world about how your feet should hit the ground. For a long time conventional wisdom said heel first, but in the last few years, there’s been a push towards a more natural forefoot-first style.
