Cursed Ship Collector’s Edition Comes Haunting iOS Devices!

A drifting, abandoned, deserted ship is a great setting for a mystery game, and add ghosts supernatural elements and you have a great premise for an adventure. Cursed Ship features an abandoned ship with loads of damage, seaweed covered walls, green fumes and ghostly figures. There is one flaw, but nothing that should stop you from checking this game out!


DieselStörmers Live on Kickstarter – the Failed Effort Re-emerges!

Back in July of 2013 I wrote about Project Ravensdale from Black Forest Games, noting that their success with the multi-platform hit Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams made them a trusted developer. Ravensdale’s Kickstarter failed, and now after regrouping Black Forest Games has named the final game DieselStörmers and launched a new Kickstarter and they’re well on their way to $50,000!


Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Announcement

Disney Infinity’s Marvel expansion brings superhero characters to “the latest chapter of Disney Infinity” (a.k.a. 2.0 Edition) – Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. This next iteration of the Disney Infinity video game, which released in August 2013 through October 2013. will include characters from the Marvel Universe.


Mystery of the Opera Plays Its Opening Theme on the Mac!

My review of the iPad version of Mystery of the Opera noted that it employs the common ‘woman in peril and romantic interest left to solve mystery’ trope; rather than bogging the game down, it makes for an excellent launching off point! Now the game is available for the Mac, and it remains a fun and compelling experience.

The hype is definitely starting to build as we’re finally seeing large chunks of gameplay as well as the weapons and abilities that your Guardian can take advantage of. Soda Drinker Pro is Coming to an Xbox One Near You This September

Titanfall’s Developers Push Out Updates and Promise Future Free Content

Titanfall was released on 3/11/14 to a shower of positive reviews.  Since then, players have logged countless hours and have made some general complaints.  Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall’s developer, has been surprisingly responsive to its fans with regard to server outage updates as well as quickly releasing game balancing and bug-fix updates.  Just yesterday, a beta matchmaking balance update was released.
