Dell has reimagined their popular XPS 13 laptop and it’s more svelte than ever before. To that effect, Dell claims that it’s now the world’s smallest 13-inch laptop. It manages to do this by fitting a 13-inch InfinityEdge display inside an 11 inch frame. Weighing in at just 2.68 lbs, the new XPS 13 for 2018 is indeed smaller, 30% thinner, and lighter than its predecessor. For additional reference, its predecessor weighed about 2.93 lbs with a Quad HD touch display, so it’s shaved off nearly a quarter of a pound.

Judie reviewed the Android version of the Lenovo Yoga Book last month and loved it. She just finished using it while covering CES 2017 and has enjoyed it so much that I just ordered one. That, however, is not the only Lenovo product worthy of note.
The tech world just got a bit smaller today as Samsung Electronics announced that their impressive line of Gear devices- including the Gear S3, Gear S2, and Gear Fit- are now compatible with iOS. Yes, those of us on iPhone’s no longer need to be limited to wearing an Apple Watch. Personally, I’m going for the Gear 3 Frontier!
Another one my favorite CES visits each year is with Harman. As someone who absolutely loves AKG, JBL and Harman Kardon audio products, time at the Harman display space is like being a kid in a candy store. I missed it, but Judie spent some quality time before heading to see Sting in concert.
One of Judie’s and my favorite stops at CES each year is Plantronics. We love their headsets and appreciate the way each year brings new refinements to already great products. Judie recently reviewed the BackBeat Pro 2 headphones and loved them. That’s just one of the headphones they showed her during their CES 2017 meeting.
