Apple Watch Accessories
I loved my original Apple Watch but eventually stopped wearing it. Since buying the Series 4 Apple Watch, I’ve been wearing it daily. I’ve tried plenty of nice Apple Watch bands, but the Nomad Titanium Band (available in Silver or Space Gray) is in a league of its own. Sure, it’s pricey, but this is one beautiful and comfortable band.
Pitaka makes some of my favorite iPhone accessories and cases; of course, most of the accessories can be used by many other smartphones that have wireless charging. Let’s take a look at some of the new products Pitaka was showcasing at CES.
Nomad makes excellent wares for Apple Products like Horween leather Apple Watch bands, cases, and their wireless chargers that are compatible with any Qi-Wireless charging devices. However, there were two specific things the brand was missing: A natural leather Apple Watch band for smaller wrists and a matching case to hold Airpods. Effective today, both are available for purchase.
Scosche is much more than their car accessories. If you’ve been following their CES announcements this week, you know that Scosche has a lot in store for 2019, but you might be really intrigued by how they plan on keeping your home device charging organized with the Scosche BaseLynx Modular Charging System.
So you bought, or plan to get, an Apple Watch. It will ship with a band, but it will likely be little more than functional. They are nothing to get excited over. The good news is that Nomad offers some impressive watch bands that take things upon a notch. Among them is the beautiful Nomad Shell Cordovan Strap for Apple Watch.
For Black Friday and Cyber Monday, one of our favorite accessory brands, Nomad, is offering 30% off all in-stock items, and they’ll be bumping outlet items up to 65% off (currently 50% off MSRP). No coupon codes needed or available. You can see some highlights below.
If you’ve been waiting on a solid protective case for your Airpods that won’t drastically be bulky in your pocket, yet have a sleek style that will set yours apart from the crowd, Nomad’s announced their Rugged Leather Case for the Airpods.
I recently reviewed the Nomad Base Station Hub Edition. I love the sleek design, quality build and materials and the ability to wirelessly charge two phones and wired devices. Sadly, it doesn’t charge my Apple Watch. The new $119.95 Nomad Base Station Apple Watch Edition has the same great design, and it charges my Apple Watch.
It’s pretty common to get an Apple Watch and immediately wish that it had a more fashionable band. What’s not so common is to have a major jewelry manufacturer say, “Don’t worry; I’ve got you,” but that’s exactly what Lagos has done. Lagos Smart Caviar is a collection of precious metal and diamond bands for your Apple Watch.
If you have a newer iPhone and Apple Watch combination that you use (and charge) daily, you’re going to want to check out the Pitaka MagDock. It’s a ready-to-travel all-in-one wireless charger and dock for both those items and more.
We’ve been covering RHA headphones for some time and have always been impressed. From the first pair we reviewed, the company has shown it is serious about producing headphones with great sound and impressive quality. The $69.95 MA390 Wireless is their latest offering. The neckband style headphones are affordable and will surely impress even the most discerning consumer.
Nomad has emerged as one of our favorite tech accessory companies. We’ve reviewed everything from their cables to their Apple Watch bands to their wallets and have been impressed by pretty much all of them. This Black Friday they have some amazing items on sale and you can save up to 65%!
One of the best features of the Apple Watch is the amazing assortment of straps available. There are so many options that pretty much anyone can find one to fit their style and taste. Our friends at Nomad sent two for review. The first, the Nomad Modern Strap, is a beautiful leather strap that is classy as classy can be.
It is not uncommon for one person to now have a smartphone, a tablet, a smartwatch and wireless headphones. All share one thing in common — they all need to be charged. That’s where the Satechi Smart Charging Stand comes in! For under $35 it keeps all of them charged and your desk or nigh table neat and organized.
We are huge fans of Moshi’s products here at Gear Diary, so it should be no surprise that we think highly of the Moshi Apple Watch Travel Stand in terms of form and functionality for any Apple Watch user.
If you’re not enamored with the simple design of Apple’s watchbands or if you’d rather not spend $49, X-Doria has a great option for you. X-Doria’s Action Bands have a cool dual-color design and are made of soft, comfortable silicon with metal clasp and buckle. Best of all, they’re about $15 cheaper than Apple’s bands, at $34.95.
Belkin, one of the world’s leading mobile accessory manufacturers, has released a few new accessories that you should keep your eyes on. They’re perfect for Apple Watch users and travelers alike. From new Apple Watch bands, to charging docks that charge both your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time, to a battery pack/surge protector, Belkin has you covered.
If you’ve been looking for a portable charger for your Apple Watch that is truly portable, look no further than Kanex GoPower Watch. The company sent us over a unit to check out and it’s already become our favorite accessory for Apple’s popular smartwatch.
Personally, I am a huge fan of native unions products. Made for us Apple lovers, Native Union strives to make already beautiful products more functional and sophisticated with things such as cables, cases, and docks.
Noomoon is a company based out of Switzerland that has designed one of the slickest looking Apple Watch straps that I’ve seen called the LABB, which is labeled as the one and only completely loop-less and buckle-less band for your Apple wrist wear.
