The Mayan Case for the iPhone 6s & 6s Plus Won’t Predict the Apocalypse, but It Will Protect Your Phone

I’m absolutely addicted to iPhone Cases for my phone. Like everyone else I start with that same boring silicone case the first week that the phone comes out, and over the next few months, I end up spending a small fortune buying every case I like. So when Mayan Cases sent me over one of their Mayan Cases for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, I was excited when I received the package. It’s pretty simple boxing, focusing specifically on the vibrant colors of the case itself which to me is great. They don’t only sell cases either, they sell…

You’ve Got the Juice with MyCharge’s HubUltra Portable Battery

Lets face it, there’s a thousand battery packs out there on the market, most of which are about 4500mAh battery internally, but what if you just are the type who has two gadgets? That just won’t do. You need something better. MyCharge sent me over their HUGE 12000mAh HubUltra Portable battery charger, and trust me, this baby charges everything. Look: The overall look of the HubUltra is beautiful. The design of it is self explanatory, nothing too fancy. It’s a silver battery pack that is not only nice to hold in the hand, but it’s not too bad when you…

The GripTight GorillaPod & MicroStand XL by JOBY Are PERFECT for Your New iPhone 6S

There’s nothing like having a steady camera, especially while shooting video from your smartphone, so a tripod is a good investment to have. Dan previously reviewed the JOBY GripTight GorillaPod for normal smartphones, however they sent me over their XL version for larger devices such as the new iPhone’s and Galaxy’s that are over five inches.

We’ve all panicked while out and about, realizing that our phone battery is low, and either we scramble to the car to get the cable, or we turn off every setting possible in attempts to keep enough battery to make it home. The Echo Connect Key by the company named, you guessed it, Echo, is a small charge key that you can attach to your keyring so you’ll never find yourself without a way to charge your device. Now what if you have an iPhone and your friend offers you their Micro-USB cable? Well there’s a solution to this as well!…

TYLT ENERGI 5K+ Battery: The Solution to Your Multi-Platform Device Charging Needs

This is going to sound like a total #firstworldproblem (because it is), but one of the issues I run into when I switch between my iPhone 6+ and Huawei Mate S is that without bringing along a spare microUSB cable, many of the smaller battery packs that I own won’t work.

Moshi iGlaze Pro 13 Is Thin and Light Protection for Your MacBook Pro with Retina Display

I love my 13” MacBook Pro with Retina display. It is fact, light and powerful. I had worried that, going down to a 13” MacBook from the 15” I loved would be an issue. It’s not. And now that I have the Moshi iGlaze Pro 13 I can protect the laptop for mere ounces of added weight.

The Martian Might Not Be Scientifically Accurate, but It’s Very Entertaining

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to check out a screening of The Martian, directed by Ridley Scott, who has a history of making films that aren’t only well produced but star actors who have a habit of being known for one acting genre and changing that.

The LUNATIK EPIK Turns Your 42mm Apple Watch into a Tank!

I’ve got an Apple Watch, and from normal wear the stainless steel has a light patina of little scratches. I don’t worry about that, but I do sometimes worry about whacking my watch or breaking its crystal; I’m paranoid like that. If you’re worried that your lifestyle might be too active for your watch, then you need the LUNATIK EPIK.

PhoneSuit Elite 6 Pro Battery Case for the iPhone 6 Plus: Bright and Loaded

I like the freedom a battery case can provide–no need to carry a separate power pack, and no need for connecting cables–but using one does add some extra weight and bulk to the already large-ish iPhone 6 Plus. Can 4300mAh and a lovely metallic blue cover make up for it? The PhoneSuit Elite Pro sure tries!

Jamstik+ Smart Guitar Review: The Wireless and Compact MIDI Guitar That Needs No Tuning

When I started playing the guitar in the early 80s, I dreamed of having a cool electric guitar with some cool technology. It is now 2015, and I have played a small, portable guitar that connects to my smartphone and tablet. The Jamstik+ is a wireless, compact MIDI guitar that needs no tuning and costs $299. The Bluetooth-enabled guitar sports real steel strings and frets, giving it a realistic feel. It works with iPhone,…

The thing is, if you have an iPad Air 2, you can get a similar experience.
